Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Best Western, I was drawn to its convenient location near the Medina, making it easy to explore the vibrant city center. The room was spacious, offering good city views, and I found the Wi-Fi to be reliable, which is crucial for keeping up with my marine biology research back home in Seoul. My culinary experience fell short of expectations. I opted for a business lunch at the hotel restaurant, but the offerings weren't memorable; I found myself wandering out into the city for more satisfying meals at nearby places like La Croisiere, where the local flavors really shine. Add to that the slightly stuffy atmosphere with lingering smoke from other guests, and it detracted from the otherwise pleasant service provided by the staff. While I appreciated their assistance in hailing a taxi, I expected more from the dining aspect of my stay. Best Western has potential, but improvements in its food offerings are needed.
